Alright, here's the math for a 4:00 classical with Greek (Zeus in particular). At 5:30 you could have 8-10 toxotes ready!

You need 1:00 to get to classical => 3:00 mins in archaic
Time to train 1 vill => 14 s
Total time => 3 x 60 = 180 s

Total vills you can have (assuming no lapses) => 180/14 = 13 vills.

If you try to make more, you lose on the time.

Now, how do you go about doing it?

Total food needed(assuming no researches etc.)
= 13x50 ( the vills ) + 400 (to classical) = 1050F

Start with: 250F 250W 100G

To gather: 800F + make Temple (100W + 100G)

You have to do this in those 3 mins. What I did was put all of the vills on food, except the last or maybe the last 2 on wood. Queue up all the vills till 13 in the tc. Let them work till the food hits 400. After that leave a couple on food, put 5 on gold and the remaining 9 on wood. As soon as you hit classical, setup 2 archery ranges and start pumping out toxotes. Meanwhile keep queueing vills, put the first few on wood or gold, whichever is falling short, then start putting the rest on food. If you manage well, you could have a dozen toxotes within 5:45. Upgrade to medium toxotes. Start harassing his resources. Later on, you might consider hoplites or cav depending on how your opponent plays.
